I’m currently a Senior Diplomacy Fellow with Narrative-Strategies and a Senior Practitioner (pro bono) with the Irregular Warfare Center.

I’m also a highly accomplished former US diplomat (Minister-Counselor rank), leader, mentor, coach, and problem-solver with vast, “real-world” experience in Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) roles across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

I have a PhD in War & Defense Studies from King’s College London and Master’s degrees from the National War College and American University. My book on Russia’s IW activities in Syria and Ukraine is available from Bloomsbury, Amazon, Waterstones, etc.
